4^th National General Assembly of Association of Computers Engineers Nepal (ACEN) was held on 15^th Baishakh 2064 (28^th April 2007) at Hotel Del Annapurna, Durbar Marg, Kathmandu.. Dr.Subarna Shakya was re-elected in the post of President for the next three years. New Central Working Committee for the tenure of three years was elected under the chairmanship of Dr.Shakya. Following personnel were elected in the Central Working Committee:
